SHAAAAARK!

I need to get a water housing. The bay is full of graceful baskin sharks and the water is oily glass. I had a great paddle out tonight and met some interesting characters all mesmorised by the beauty of the sharks cruising the bay. Two yachts moored in the bay is a rare sight as its never really calm enough, they had sailed down from wales and followed the sharks here. My friend Luke was out with his new film housing, his dad Geoff, a regular in the line up was the pioneer of BBC underwater photography back in the seventies. This past week has been one of the most beautiful weeks to be living in Cornwall, waves, weather, sharks and sun. This an old shot, but a memorable day, Captured from my friends fishing boat, just off Lands End. Thats Longships Lighthouse in the distance, site of many a Cornish ship wreck and a warning in one of the busiest shipping channels in the world.

Great shot. We've had the weather but been lacking the waves this side of the channel...
