RIP Mr Martin. We met Terry in 2010 on a Surf Action trip to Cali, we went to the Sacred Craft show at San Diego with good friend Bobby Donnelly and went to the shaping booth where he was shaping a beautiful log. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He handed me his sanding block and told me to have a go. I was so nervous about screwing his board and yet Terry was like 'eh no you won't' fully confident, you could literally feel the genuine love for passing on his craft. I only met him briefly but that was enough to remember him fondly and stoked I manage to snap a couple of shots of a real legend. Thoughts to family and friends. OLD GUYS RULE!!
