Race Head MX

Last week was a great week for doing the RaceHead coaching. I met some amazing people and athletes along the South Coast and one of the highlights of this week was being able to provide a short Race Head session to these two young Motocross riders. I've known these two since babies and although moving to Cornwall don't see them too much, both Charlie as Ollie Beamish follow in the MX footsteps of their father (one of my oldest friends) Dan Beamish and their Grandfather Graham Beamish of Beamish Suzuki fame. Both Charlie and Ollie are both committed racers and racing is their passion. I'm sure the Race Head techniques will help their physical training plans and racing goals.
