It's hard to believe it's been 68 years since allied forces landed in Normandy in the worlds largest ever operation by Sea & Air.

Amazing photo from a such a brave bunch of soldiers landing on these beaches. Just think opening scene of Saving Private Ryan and then think, that was hollywood but pretty horrific, but in the real world thousands were killed. Lets not forget them.
