Love this shot by Nathan Oldfield.  I believe its a frame grab from his film Heart and Soul which I'm treating myself to this weekend. Matt Chojnacki is such a great surfer, with what seems like an abundance of style in and out of the water. For an older gent like myself its these young chaps that keep us stoked. You could do a lot worse that taking a look at these two creative individuals. Sick Shot

Whilst sitting in the garden today enjoying some afternoon tea with my friends Rob and Ulrika we were discussing surf mags. The UK mags leave a lot to be desired and seem to miss the point sometimes. If your a rider of a variety of vehicles, logs, quads, twins and singlefins and thrusters then I personally get my stoke from blogs (and US Surfer Mag). The reason why can be seen here, sick shots like this one from Nathan Oldfield are all across the global blog world.

If your a surfer you can't fail to be stoked by the amazing shots we come across each time you open a magazine or go blogging after you settle in the evening. As a photographer you can't help but draw upon these visions. Lately I am inspired, very inspired and when the shit surf sorts itself out I'm on the case.
