Managed to get in the water this past weekend and shoot a few of Oran and James Parry. As usual when ever I take the camera out of the bag, or I get a window of opportunity to shoot a few the clouds came out and the sun said "bye bye". Anyway, unless i sacrifice my own surfing, which will never happen, then the window for photography will be what it will be, grey, overcast and black and white. I may surprise people some day with some beautifully lit shots, maybe this summer it will happen. By the way this is Oran Lynch, aged 12 and styling on a spring Sennen left.

Oran Lynch, 12 years old and a student of the fine art of noseriding. check out his blog here. Oran is one of those groms who is embracing the global surf culture at the moment. He's not mad keen on Surf Comps but is glued to the ASP when its on, counts Joel Tudor and Dane Reynolds as super peers andhas one of those blogs you have to keep going back to. He walks around with a lo-fi fisheye and a 35mm looking for the next opportunity. This is one creative little dude.

This is Oran Lynch, Oran is 12 and is developing a style that is so nice to watch. Oran has his own shed, his own blog and is creating some cool little films. His surfing just keeps getting better. Another Hip Wiggler in the making!

Euro Champ pays a visit

Oxbow rider and European Longboard Champion Ben Skinner came to Sennen last week and let rip on some lumpy bumpy surf. He even braved the atlantic with no boots, a brave man, its still pretty chilly in there. Ben is also launching a new line of kids surfboards under the label of 'SkinPups'. He showed us a couple great little 4'6" custom boards with some cool paint jobs including Thomas the Tank Engine. Keep an eye on his website if your interested.
