Lost Board with £200 reward

Lost Board.

On 29th June Heinke lost her beloved 8'6" Nine Plus between Perranporth and Helston. I'm not sure if it was not strapped on the car securely but we've all done it,  none the less Heinke is gutted as hers is lost.
She is offering a £200 reward for the return of the board so if anyone sees it out there or knows of its where about please drop me a line via email, phone or leave a comment on here.
Lets help Heinke find her board as she brings a smile to the line-up and deserves to have her sled back.

Mr Lay Hip Wiggle

Mikey has a cat like approach to surfing, said of others before but he is probably the most reactive logger amongst the UK Hip Wiggling crew. It often seems Mikey has the quickest reflexes to react to any certain situation thrown up by the wave. Riding a pintail slide 65 log he also has the smoothness in his turns. If I had an ounce of the reactions I'd be stoked. Studying in Liverpool at St John Moores in Liverpool you can see his writing skills in the latest issue of Kook.

Hip Wiggling Duct Tape Finalist

Hats off to Pazza for producing a hugely respectable fourth place at the Biarritz Joel Tudor Duct Tape Invitational. Classic stuff on his self shaped log. Well done Mr Parry.

Hows James getting on?

James Parry is currently in Salinas at the longboard festival riding his self shaped log. This shot is from a sunny day on the South Coast before the rainy season began in the UK.

Nine Plus, five over and matt travis

Matt ('kaf' or 'scoop') Travis being super casual as usual. This little left has been pretty fun lately but who knows how long it will be here with our changeable banks here in the wild west. `Slide 65 surfboards and Nine Plus wetsuits have got a great team running now with Matt, Mikey Lay and James Parry representing them both over here and strangely enough there all from the wild west of Cornwall. Must be our fickle waves that has made them so good.

Kaf testing

Matt 'Kaf' Travis laying it down on his Slide 65 Log. We have such a great crew of loggers down here in the Wild West and Kaf is one of them. On the Slide 65 team he has also been picked up by Nine Plus Wetsuits who bravely have put a huge apology on their blog for the quality of their former suits. I hope they do get the suits sorted as they are so nice and warm. This is Kaf testing his in the drizzle!
